Position: Aviation Spare Parts & Logistic Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Overall operation of spare parts inventory planning, stocking, transport logistic and activities correlated such as but not limited to:

,To manage receiving goods, stocking, picking, packing, labeling;

,Efficient and can meet deadlines;

,Dispatch finished orders, dealing with associated paperwork and liaising with company¨s internal departments, goods forwarders and customers;

,Familiar with SAP R/3 operation system to ensure adequate goods control and inventory counts;

,Ensure to meet with company¨s requirement, standards, policies, procedures, processes under safe practice;

,Perform statistical calculations on warehouse efficiency. Solve problems effectively, timely and efficiently;

,Strong communication skill with internal and external departments, strong ability of problem solving to assure customer satisfaction;

,Administer disciplinary actions in a consistent, fair, and timely manner. Monitor work performance and attendance of employees. Effectively communicate with employees;

Requirements:

,Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Administration or similar disciplines;

,3-5 years management position experience in warehouse/distribution/supply chain environment. Previous aviation industry background and experience is a must;

,Flexible working time schedule;

,Fluent English, writing, reading and speaking is a must. Computer literate /knowledge of Microsoft Office;

,Excellent interpersonal relations skills;

,Excellent communication skills;

,Team working spirit;

 
 
Position: Field Service Representative (Aviation Industry)

Main Responsibilities:

,To provide technical support to customer;

,To guarantee product performance;

,To support customer promptly with updated information on product, engineering and troubleshooting technique;

,To build up an effective link with customer through daily direct contact;

,To support customer¨s Engineering & Maintenance dept. to schedule daily works;

,To collect field technical data;

,To assist spare parts related issues;

,To interface suppliers and customer;

,To manage company and customer relation

Requirements:

,Bachelor Degree (Master Degree is more preferred) in mechanic / electronic or aeronautic engineering background;

,Minimum of 5 years experience on aircraft maintenance, associated with airlines engineering;

,Fluent English, writing, reading and speaking;

,Excellent communication skill;

,Flexibility of relocation inside China is a must;

,Troubleshooting skill is required;

,Management ability;

Position: Manager of Airline Market Analysis

Main Responsibilities:

,Excellent knowledge of aeronautical;

,Knowledge in business related areas such as aeronautical operations, transportation, business administration, management or engineering are definitely a plus;

,Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communications skills;

,Own the ability to act under high-pressure situations;

,At lease 5 years experience in aviation industry, and experience of fully comprehend the meaning of China Aviation market and various related policies would be ideal;

,Be familiar with Chinese Airline Market and have experience in Aircraft Performance Engineering/ Flight Operations Engineering/ Flight Dispatcher;

,Frequent travel will be involved.
